Waffle Recipe

 

1 C flour

1 T cornmeal

1 t baking soda

2 t cream of tartar

---------------------

1 egg

3/4 C buttermilk ( or milk )

2 T butter, melted.

Mix wet with dry and cook in waffle iron.
